Do I Need To Book Ahead Or Can I Walk In?

Walk-ins are not officially available since all bookings are managed online. However, if the simulator bay is unoccupied, you can usually book it on the spot.

How Far Ahead Can I Reserve the Simulator?

Standard simulator rentals can be booked up to 14 days in advance. If  you’re looking to host a party or event, we can make those arrangements much further in advance to lock in your preferred date and time!

What is the Cancellation Policy?

Accepted Answer

• Cancellations made at least 6 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time will not incur any fee.
 • Cancellations made less than 6 hours before the appointment time will result in a 50% cancellation fee, charged to the credit card on file.
 • Appointments may be rescheduled free of charge if the request is made 6 hours or more in advance.
 • Rescheduling is not permitted within 6 hours of the appointment time.
 • Customers who wish to change their appointment within this window must cancel the existing appointment (subject to this cancellation policy) and book a new one.

How Many People Can Play On One Simulator?

Our facility can comfortably accommodate up to 4 golfers at a time, with additional space for 2 non-golfers.

Is Mulligan's Tee Box Only For “Real” Golfers?

Not at all! Our simulator offers a variety of game modes perfect for beginners, kids, or anyone looking to enjoy some friendly competition.

Do I Need To Bring My Own Clubs?

Yes. At this time, Mulligan's Tee Box does not offer club rentals.

Do You Serve Food Or Drinks?

At this time, we do not serve food or drinks.  We have a mini fridge where you can purchase water bottles if you would like.
